Washington: Katie Holmes has revealed that she is afraid of raccoons, mice and public bathrooms.

Holmes, 32, revealed her fears while promoting her new horror film, ‘Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark’.

“I’m afraid of raccoons and mice,” Fox News quoted Holmes as saying.

“I get scared of them. And public bathrooms,” she added.

In the movie, Holmes plays the role of kind-hearted interior designer Kim, who tries to restore a Gothic mansion with her boyfriend, architect Alex Hurst (Guy Pearce).
