Katie Price sues ex-hubby Peter Andre for £250K over ‘smear campaign’

London: Katie Price has accused her former husband Peter Andre and his management team for leaking her private information, and arranging false smears about her personal life.

According to The Mirror, Price has lodged papers in the High Court seeking damages for “misuse of private information” which has left her suffering “serious distress.” The glamour model has sued Andre, former manager Claire Powell, management company Can Associates, and former friend Jamelah Asmar, for 250,000 pounds. In her documents, Ms Powell was accused for asking Price’s employee Nicola Partridge to gather false smears about the model’s personal life after she split from her. The resulting email is said to allege that the beauty was on the “point of having an affair” with her riding instructor Andrew Gould. The ‘Mysterious girl’ singer believes that this email, which also contains details about her medical information, is a breach of their contract. ANI
