Washington: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ wedding on 20th August in Montecito, California, is said to have “appalled” the basketball player’s family.

The wedding is said to have been “awkward” as there were TV cameras filming the entire ceremony for a two-night special dubbed ‘Kim’s Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event’. According to Us Weekly, the 26-year-old groom’s family “mostly looked appalled by the entire thing”. “Everybody felt awkward, like it was all for the cameras and more like a TV show than a wedding,” Contactmusic quoted a guest as saying. Despite the shock factor, some of the guests were pleased with the way the “royal wedding” turned out to be, saying the groom’s brood had happy moments too when they “cheered when Kim and Kris were pronounced husband and wife”. “This is our version of the royal wedding!” another insider added.
