Washington: Lady Gaga, Usher, and U2 stars Bono and The Edge are among the artists who will be honouring ex-US President Bill Clinton at a charity gala.
The stars are teaming up for the ‘A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation’ that will take place at the Hollywood Bowl on 15 October this year.
Clinton, 65, has admitted that he is grateful to have such an outpouring of support from today’s big names.
“I’m proud that some of today’s most influential performers are coming together to raise awareness about the work of my foundation,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
Clinton’s humanitarian organisation was launched in 2001 in an effort to combat global climate change, childhood obesity and the Hiv/Aids pandemic, among other things.
