London: Lindsay Lohan’s dad Michael has been given a restraining order after being accused of kicking her fiancee in the face.
Kate Major filed a police complaint that Michael attacked her - she alleged that he pushed off a chair, kicked her in the face and threatened her during the incident.
Even Michael has admitted that the pair became embroiled in an argument, but denied the dispute turning violent, reports the Daily Star.
A judge at a court in New York has issued a temporary order of protection against him, which prohibits Michael from communicating with Major in any way.
The order, signed off at Southampton Justice Court, has banned Michael from engaging in "any acts or threats of physical violence" and have demanded to "immediately surrender all handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns and other firearms owned or possessed" by him, reports TMZ.
Even the police report have revealed that the cops observed "minor swelling... on (her) lip" following the alleged incident.
