Lily Allen grateful to get back kidnapped pal

London: Lily Allen has revealed that she is grateful to have her friend back after a “terrifying” kidnap plot. Three men were held guilty of demanding 90,000 pounds ransom in return for the return of two shopworkers, one of them a friend of the star. The victims were taken away at gunpoint from a sports shop in London last year and held captive for more than a week, reports a news daily. A relieved Lily turned to the Internet to express her relief after the rescue. The 24-year-old wrote on her blog: “Thank you for getting my friend back, we were terrified.” Three other London men had already confessed to their part in the plot and are due to be sentenced next month.
