Lindsay Lohan facing lawsuit from rehab worker

London: Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is facing a million dollar lawsuit from a rehabilitation worker who alleges the actress assaulted her.

The "Mean Girl" star was accused of lashing out at Dawn Bradley in December, last year, during her stint at the Betty Ford clinic in California.

The actress was serving three months of court-ordered treatment at the clinic.

Bradley was fired for talking to the media about the alleged incident and took her complaint to police, but later dropped her claims, insisting she no longer wanted to co-operate with the investigation.

However the former rehab worker has now set out a lawsuit against the actress, alleging Lohan was violent towards her when she tried to administer a breathalyzer test, grabbing her wrist and "twisting and pulling it for 8-10 seconds", reports a website.

The lawsuit seeks at least $1 million and was filed Thursday.
