Lindsay Lohan`s parents at war over USD 30,000

New York: Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan`s parents are in a public war of words again, this time over a illegitimate child he has allegedly fathered.

As Lindsay continues her rehab stint, her mother Dina Lohan has claimed that her ex-husband Michael Lohan owes her more than USD 30,000 for the care of their son Cody, 14, and daughter Ali, 16. And she is furious that he is paying for an illegitimate child that he has yet to admit is his daughter, reported New York Post online. "This child in Montana gets more than Ali and Cody. Lindsay is so upset and disgusted with him. Last year, I went to court on Christmas Eve, and here I am this Christmas, going back to court," said Dina. Michael has been embroiled in a paternity battle over 15-year-old Ashley Kaufmann, from Montana. He says he doesn`t know if he is the father and insists he only paid the child support to avoid an arrest warrant. "I never admitted it was my child. I`m paying to stay out of jail," he said. But Dina, who says she can`t afford to pay for their younger children`s education, hit back, saying, "It`s his kid and the whole world knows it. To avoid jail, he`s paying for an illegitimate kid that`s not his?" Michael told the paper he was only one month behind on child support. PTI
