Mumbai: Bollywood’s dhak dhak girl Madhuri Dixit, who has settled down in the US post her marriage to NRI Dr Shriram Nene is planning to invest a huge sum of money in property.
Buzz has it that the dancing diva has decided to buy a mall in Florida which is worth millions of dollars.
Talking to a daily, a source divulged details of the mall and said, “The mall is in downtown Miami. Though Madhuri lives in Denver, she decided to buy the mall in Miami, Florida as it is one of the hottest places for recreation and sees a lot of tourists which means shopping, and good business for a mall! It`s purely for investment purposes.”
According to the source, Mads is confident that she will benefit from the investment despite the risks of business in the US.
“She doesn`t plan to run it herself. She has also taken a loan from a bank. Big businesses may be taking a hit in the US, but she is determined to make it a profitable venture. Madhuri`s children are growing up and she wants to establish herself as an entrepreneur as her acting career is already on the wane,” the source added.
However, the gorgeous actress is tightlipped about this plan of hers and has instructed her financial advisors to remain silent on this issue.
"Madhuri has been instructed by her financial advisors not to talk about it. She has been signing TV reality shows and is keen to sign films to pay interest for the bank loans every month. Her husband, Dr Sriram Nene, is a major source of support for her and he`s also an advisor in the project," the source said.
Despite details of the mall being spilled, Rikku Rakeshnath, MD’s manager said, "Madhuri hasn`t invested in any property at all in the USA or India."
