New York: Teen superstar Miley Cyrus has announced her plans for the New Year on her official website.
The ``Hannah Montana`` star posted a video on her official fan site, MileyWorld.com, on Christmas Eve, saying that she wants to help people in 2011.
"I want to make this the year that I go out and do what I’m here to do, and that’s, you know, help people and make people happy," the New York Daily News quoted her as saying.
The 18-year-old star, who had a wild year that included a film release ("The Last Song"), an album release ("Can’t Be Tamed") and a bong video release (along with a number of risqué photos), said she’s "really looking forward to 2011."
"I’ve got some new ideas. I want to go on some cool trips. I want to travel," Cyrus said.
And with any luck, some of that travel will involve the people who made her famous in the first place.
"Hopefully I can tour or somehow come see my fans because I’d love to see you guys more in 2011.That``d be rad," Cyrus said.
The starlet then concluded with some well wishes.
"Just want to tell you guys I love you and I hope you all are well and happy and healthy during the holidays," she added.
