Washington: The day when pop king Michael Jackson died, daughter Paris couldn’t hold back her emotions and screamed out for her father, as his doctor tried unsuccessfully to revive him, the court heard on the third day of the manslaughter trial.
“Paris screamed out, ‘Daddy!’ She was crying,” People Magazine quoted Jackson’s bodyguard, Alberto Alvarez, as testifying during the hearing in Los Angeles.
Alvarez recalled how his boss was lying with his palms up, his eyes slightly open and his mouth open, when Dr. Murray shouted, “Don’t let them see their dad like this.”
Alvarez remembered how he tried to ameliorate Jackson’s son Prince and Paris, as they appeared inconsolable.
“‘Kids, don’t worry, we’ll take care of it. Everything’s going to be okay.’ Then I asked Dr. Murray what happened and he said, ‘He had a bad reaction’,” he added.
