MJ’s father ordered to stay out of son’s estate

Washington: Michael Jackson`s father Joe has been ordered not to intervene in his son`s finances.

The California Court of Appeal has ruled that Joe has no right to intervene in the late singer’s estate.

Joe had been fighting to have a say in how MJ`s estate is administered - despite the fact that he was excluded from the will Michael signed in 2002.

But a panel of judges reinforced the court’s earlier decision that Joe lacked the proper standing.

"We are pleased, but not surprised," a website quoted MJ estate attorney Howard Weitzman as saying at the Court of Appeal`s ruling.
