London: Naomi Campbell hasn`t paid income tax worth $63,487 related to the work she did in 2009.
The supermodel had a tax lien - imposed to secure the payment of taxes, including unpaid income taxes filed against her by America`s Internal Revenue Service (IRS) July 28 - stating she hasn`t paid the sum of money relating to work she did in 2009, contactmusic.com reported.
The lien, which was filed at the New York Registrar`s office, gave Naomi`s address as the Carnegie Hall Tower skyscraper in New York City.
Naomi had to appear in court - The Hague, Netherlands, Aug 5 - to give evidence at the war crimes trial of Liberian dictator Charles Taylor.
During the trial, Naomi was accused by her former agent Carol White of receiving "blood diamonds" - jewels mined in a war zone and sold to aid warlord activity or invading forces` campaigns - as a gift from Taylor after she met him at a party held at former South African President Nelson Mandela`s house in September 1997.
Actress Mia Farrow also gave evidence accusing Naomi of boasting to her that she had received a "huge diamond".
