Natalie Portman takes a break from movies to be with baby

London: `Black Swan` actress Natalie Portman is set to take a break from her acting career to spend more time with her baby.

The 29-year-old has pulled out of the film adaptation of novel Cloud Atlas.

"Natalie has made eight films in three years and will take a well-earned rest after her baby is born in the summer," the Daily Mail quoted a source as saying.

"She is looking forward to taking a break from the spotlight and concentrating on her family," added the source.

Previously, Portman stunned everyone when she announced that she was engaged to `Black Swan` choreographer Benjamin Millepied and was carrying his baby.
