Nicki Minaj calls Mariah Carey `insecure and bitter`

Washington: Nicki Minaj has reignited her feud with Mariah Carey by taking aim at her fellow American Idol judge in a series of tweets after the two divas were seen quarrelling on the talent show on Wednesday night. During the show, Mariah spit a little trash talk Nicki`s way and taunted her for never having a #1 single on the Billboard Hot 100. Responding to a post on gossip website PerezHilton on Thursday morning-which declared " Mariah Carey BURNS Nicki Minajon `Idol`"-"Starships" singer Minaj tweeted to the site`s namesake, "Bwaha! Burn? Shes sad i tied her record for Hot 100 entries in only 3 years of being in the game. Yep, a black female rapper @perezhilton." "What you should be doing is asking why a woman so successful at her age, is still so Insecure, and bitter," the `Starships` singer added. The 30-year-old singer also hinted that Carey might get replaced by Jennifer Lopez on the reality singing show. "All dem #1s but JLo phone ringin? Lol. I guess having a personality, being a secure woman, and giving genuine critique still trumps that," tweeted Minaj. Carey and Minaj have been at war ever since they first became fellow judges on the show. They also fell out during an early audition round. ANI
