London: Actress Kaya Scodelario says she will not play Anastacia Steele in the film adaptation of bestseller `Fifty Shades of Grey` because she is not comfortable nudity in front of the camera.
Scodelario also said her mother does not want her to take the role.
"I`m not comfortable doing nudity. That`s something quite personal," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Scodelario as saying.
"My mother always tells me not to do it and I respect her. Considering what the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ film is about, I wouldn`t be able to play Anastacia," added the 21-year-old, who has worked in TV shows like `True Love` and `Skins` in the past.
`Fifty Shades of Grey` is written by EL James.
