‘Nomadic hippy’ Freida Pinto calls India her ‘home’

London: Though she calls herself a ‘nomadic hippy’, Freida Pinto believes that India is always going to be her home.

The Mumbai-born ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ actress, whose latest movie ‘Rise of the Planet of the Apes’ just got released, revealed that despite being one ‘of no fixed abode’, she will always consider India as her home.

“At the moment I am a nomadic hippy. I go everywhere with my three suitcases. I’m just all over the place, going from one place to another,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.

“India is always going to be home, though, and I love the fact that I can travel to these different places and fit in and feel like I can make that home for a while. I am like a gypsy – a gypsy with too much luggage!” she added.
