London: Peter Jackson has revealed that he plans to move away from blockbusters once the Hobbit trilogy is complete.

According to New Zealand Herald, the 51-year-old New Zealand film director said that he and his partner Fran Walsh want to focus more on "some New Zealand stories" and local projects, Metro.co.uk reported.

The ` Lord Of The Rings` director, whose second part of the trilogy, ` The Desolation Of Smaug`, is due for release in December, added that they have made a "conscious decision" to make movies to tell some New Zealand stories in the limited years left.
