New Delhi: Ever since Preity Zinta-Ness Wadia controversy hit the headlines, new facts have been resurfacing everyday. The latest buzz is that the actress may sell her stakes in IPL team Kings X1 Punjab and shift base to the United States.
Zinta, who had filed an FIR against former boyfriend and Kings XI co-owner, Ness Wadia on Thursday night, may be looking to shift to Los Angeles, according to a report in The Telegraph.
As per the report, Ness and Preity both own 23 percent shares in the IPL team. Rumours have also been doing the rounds that the duo may opt for an out-of-court settlement. However, the actress` lawyer said that there was no truth in the matter.
As for her shifting base, there is no confirmation from Zinta or her team.
Preity in her complaint to the police on June 13 had alleged that Ness had publicly humiliated her during an IPL match at the Wankhede stadium in South Mumbai on May 30.
A four hour CCTV footage has been examined as a key evidence by the police. However no footage of the incident has reportedly come to light. The actress has been summoned for another statement by the police by June 19.
Meanwhile, the Bombay Dyeing heir has denied the charges.
