Priyanka Chopra turns 34, celebrates birthday in NYC! Pictures inside

New Delhi: Bollywood babe Priyanka Chopra has truly gone international. The lady, who is currently in New York City (NYC) to shoot for the second season of her successful television show 'Quantico' celebrated her birthday with friends and family.

PeeCee won the most coveted Miss World title in 2000 and since then she has never really looked back. The desi girl made her smashing debut in Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta starrer 'The Hero: Love Story of a Spy'. Priyanka bagged the best debut female award for 'Andaaz' along with Miss Universe Lara Dutta.

Then she went on to star in 'Pla'n,'Kismat', 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' and the like. But it was 'Aitraaz' where she played a grey character that fetched her much acclaim. Soon after that, Piggy Chops was seen in 'Waqt: The Race Against Time', 'Krrish', 'Don' and 'Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute to Love'.

Her turning point in her career came with Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Fashion' for which she bagged the National Film Award for Best Actress, the Filmfare Award for Best Actress, the IIFA Award for Best Actress, the Screen Award for Best Actress, and the Producers Guild Film Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.

Post that her successful run at the box office continued with films like ''Kaminey', 'Anjaana Anjaani' and 'Don 2'. however, in debutant director 'Mary Kom', a biopic about the boxing champ again proved why Priyanka is called the versatile queen.

From 'Agneepath' to 'Bajirao Mastani', PeeCee has done several path-breaking ventures, which left a an impression on the viewers mind.

Not only has she swayed the audiences back home in India but now with 'Quantico' and 'Baywatch', Priyanka is a global talent on a roll! Here's wishing her a 'happy happy birthday'!
