Radcliffe wants to play superhero

London: After playing boy wizard Harry Potter in movies based on J.K. Rowling`s bestsellers, actor Daniel Radcliffe is keen to play his favourite comic book character from ‘The Flash’.

The actor says he would love to don the red and yellow lycra suit sported by the superhero in ‘The Flash’. He feels a movie like that could rival ‘The Avengers’.

"There`s not many superheroes left, who haven`t been done but I don`t think anyone`s done `The Flash` yet," a website has quoted the 22-year-old as saying.

"That`s one I`d probably have a go at, but I don`t have any immediate plans. There are lots of offers around, but I want to do something that I`m really passionate about," he added.
