New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who received flak for his latest 'raped woman' has landed in another soup, recently.
Salman's derogatory comment was slammed by a lot of people including women of Bollywood.
The 50-year-old used 'rape' as an analogy to describe the physical agony he experienced while preparing for the wrestling scenes in his upcoming film 'Sultan'.
In result, the National Commission for Women summoned Salman to make an appearance on July 8, 2016.
NCW stands strong on their ground of demanding an apology from the actor over the issue.
According to a report in ANI, NCW Chairperson L Kumaramangalam was quoted as saying, '' Salman's letter is not at all conciliatory, there's not even a hint of an apology''.
She further added, ''In fact he (Salman) tried to find fault with NCW for taking up this issue. There was no retraction of his (Salman) statement, nor was any apology offered. We've summoned him on July 8''.
