The charming actor`s fitness trainer has given out details of the magical fitness regime that Sasha has been following religiously for a while now. Talking to a Mumbai based entertainment website, fitness guru Abbas Ali said "The secret is in combination training. We mix our training with strength, endurance, core balance, flexibility, metabolic conditioning etc. The magic lies in mixing. He trains five times a week for an hour. There are three strength training sessions, followed by two days of functional or metabolic conditioning. He also goes for a 7-10 kms walk or jog every week.”
