London: ‘Harry Potter’ author JK Rowling pipped 25 other women, including US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to be voted the ‘most inspirational’ role model for working women.
The 45-year-old writer was selected in a poll of 3,000 women, the Daily Express reported.
Karren Brady of ‘The Apprentice’ - who is also vice-chairman of West Ham football club - was voted the second most inspirational working woman.
Late Dame Anita Roddick, founder of The Body Shop, was third in the survey by Marie Claire magazine and business network Everywoman.
The list also includes ‘X Factor’ judge Cheryl Cole.
Rowling`s fortune is now worth an estimated 530 million pounds.
