Mumbai: We are sure everyone loved to see Salman Khan singing `Heeriye Sehra Baandhke Main Toh Aaaya Re` for Priyanka Chopra in `Salaam-e-Ishq` and asking her if she would marry him in `Mujhse Shaadi Karogi`.
The duo set the temperature soaring with their sizzling hot chemistry but hasn’t worked with each other for long since. Gossipmongers blame it on Priyanka’s proximity with Salman’s arch rival Shah Rukh Khan.
However, fans of this on screen jodi might just get to see a dekko of Salman and Priyanka at an awards function.
Talking to DNA, a source said, “Yes, both Salman and Priyanka have been lined up to be the star performers of the night. It seems that they have agreed to it too, burying their hatchet.”
Priyanka was also apparently miffed with Salman Khan as Sallu referred Kareena Kapoor (Priyanka Chopra’s arch rival) as the “original desi girl during a press conference.
“Priyanka is not too happy about the fact that Salman is taking digs at her in public, whereas she feels that she is simply caught between the camps of Salman and SRK,” the source added.
Now, if this news turns out to be true, it would be interesting to see how Shah Rukh Khan reacts!
