Mumbai: Is there a new friendship brewing in Tinsel Town? News has it that Karan Johar has been spotted spending time with Salman Khan on more than one occasion.
Now we all know that Karan has all along maintained a healthy distance from the ‘Dabangg’ star because of his bonding with Shah Rukh Khan. So, on Wednesday night when people saw the camaraderie between Salman and Karan, several eyebrows were raised.
The actor was seen with Johar at the premiere of `Dabangg 2` and also at the after-party.
Speaking to Mid Day, a source said, “Karan stuck like glue to Salman. They remained inseparable throughout. It was shocking for many guests at the party considering that Karan is known to be a close friend of Salman’s archrival Shah Rukh Khan.”
Karan was also present even after the party got over. The source added, “So much that Salman too at one point of time was wondering why KJo was being so friendly.”
A guest who at attended the party said “It is a little known fact that Karan is Salman’s friend and they worked together in ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. KJo was not seen with Salman till very recently. He is now a regular at Salman’s parties but the fact that he stuck to him has managed to surprise everyone.”
