Sandra Bullock introduces adoptive son to Tuohy

Los Angeles: Sandra Bullock, who took inspiration from her onscreen role in `The Blind Side` by adopting a child, finally introduced her son to the woman she played in the movie.

Bullock won her first Academy Award this year for her portrayal of Leigh Anne Tuohy in the drama, which told the real life story of the mother who took a poor African-American teenager into her family and helped him forge a career as a football star.

The actress, who has filed for divorce from husband Jesse James following revelations that he cheated on her, will raise the child as single parent.

Bullock adopted Louis from New Orleans, Louisiana this year and admitted her real life mirrored her Oscar-winning film role, saying, "I had to smile at the parallels."

And the 45-year-old took the role full circle by introducing Tuohy to her new son last weekend, People magazine reported.

"She said, `Here he is, what do you think? You better like him,` and I could eat him with a spoon. He`s the most beautiful little baby. I just had lunch with them Saturday. He`s got eyes that have wisdom. I could just stare at him all day," Tuohy said about the meeting.

Tuohy, who became friends with Bullock while shooting the movie, said the actress was coping well since the breakdown of her marriage to James.

"I love her immensely. She will weather this storm and I`m sure other ones, as we all do," Tuohy said.
