Dutt's lawyer has reportedly said that the actor wont surrender till a decision has been taken by the state in the matter of extension.
The 'Munnabhai' actor was granted a furlough from December 24, 2014 and he applied for an extension on the 27th of the same month. The court had denied the request at the time.
Sanjay has faced flak from all quarters regarding his frequent paroles. Many have alleged that he gets a special treatment due to his star status.
Dutt was convicted by the Supreme Court for illegal possession of arms in connection with the 1993 Mumbai blasts. He was sentenced to a six year imprisonment in Yerawada Jail in Pune.
