‘Scream’ star Neve Campbell files for divorce from hubby

Melbourne: ‘Scream’ star Neve Campbell is getting a divorce from her actor husband John Light.

She filed for divorce five months ago - but has managed to keep it under wraps until now. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the pair filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court in June after three years of marriage but the divorce is yet to be finalised, reports the Herald Sun. US actress Campbell - who rose to fame on TV series ‘Party of Five’ - states in the documents that she wants to block the court from awarding spousal support to Light. "They`re still really close friends, and it was a very amicable divorce," a source close to the couple said. The next hearing is in a few weeks. The news comes as Campbell once again portrays Sidney Prescott in Scream 4, the fourth installment in the horror series to be released in April 2011. ANI
