Mumbai: Bollywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan had an exciting year with two back-to-back releases – ‘RA.One’ and ‘Don 2.’ SRK is off to Dubai for a four-day holiday with family before he takes on fresh assignments.
Apparently, with Yash Chopra’s film going on floors in January instead of March, SRK’s much needed break goes for a spin.
Talking to a daily, a source said, “Earlier the film was supposed to go on floors in September. However, at the time SRK was busy with his films ‘RA.One’ and ‘Don 2.’ He had then asked Yashji to postpone the schedule. The film was then supposed to go on floors in March 2012. But now, Yashji has decided to start shooting with a song in the first week of January. And SRK, realising that it was because of him that the shoot was delayed in the first place, has agreed to join in.”
“SRK was supposed to go on a longer break. But now, he has cut it short to just four days. He is taking his entire family to Dubai. The holiday has been specially planned for his son Aryaan, who loves football. SRK wants to spend time playing the sport with his son,” added our source.
SRK will come back straight to work after wrapping his holiday for Yash Chopra’s directorial venture.
