Mumbai: Shilpa Shetty has more to look forward to and celebrate this year apart from her IPL team. Apparently the dusky beauty is on her way to motherhood.
Shilpa who tied the knot to Raj Kundra a London based business man in November 2009 is ready to become a mother and add another member to their family.
The dusky beauty has wanted to start a family since long. According to a media report in an interview back in 2009 she had said, "I`m desperate to start a family. I just love children, and we`ve a beautiful readymade nursery (in the new house). I want at least two children.
There is already a child`s bedroom here because Raj has a nephew and I can certainly see my children running around this place.
And there is enough space for us to live at one end while Raj`s parents live at the other."
She had said this before she had even gotten married to Kundra.
This is the first time for Shilpa however her husband Raj Kundra already has a daughter with his ex- wife, Kavita.
Shilpa has been spotted at various clinics around the city which makes us believe she is on her way to fulfill her long due dream of becoming a mother.
A source confirmed to a daily, "Shilpa is expecting and the couple are extremely happy.
Only the close family members and friends have been informed of the new arrival. They do not want to announce it publicly before the first trimester passes."
Both Shilpa and Raj Kundra remained unavailable for comment despite repeated attempts at contacting them to confirm the news.
Well, we wish the big congratulations on this good news incase the rumours are to be believed!
