Sonakshi doesn’t want to be Dawood’s moll
Mumbai: ‘Dabangg’ hottie Sonakshi Sinha has turned down the offer to play the gangster`s moll in Ekta Kapoor’s project ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ Part 2.
Even as insiders speculate the reason behind Sonakshi’s decision to opt out of the hit franchise, the starlet expressed that she has no animosity with producer Ekta or director Milan Luthria.
Earlier Kareena Kapoor refused to do the role and now with Sonakshi expressing her unavailability, the slot for Dawoodd’s moll remains in a limbo.
Had Sonakshi accepted the role, it would have been her third consecutive film opposite Akshay Kumar,. She is already working with the actor in Prabhu Deva`s `Rowdy Rathore` and Shirish Kunder`s `Joker`.
Sources however have confirmed that Sonakshi cited `date problems` to opt out of the film.
