Stars react to Conrad Murray verdict on twitter

Washington: As the news spread of Dr Conrad Murray being found guilty of Michael Jackson’s death, stars and members of Jackson’s family took to twitter to voice their thoughts.

Dr Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for the death of the pop star in 2009.

Eva Longoria, Alyssa Milano and Russell Simmons, tweeted links to news coverage while others shared their own feelings on the verdict.

Michael Jackson’s sister, La Toya Jackson tweeted a joyful “VICTORY!!!!!!”

“Michael’s spirit will be with us in the court room and he will make sure the right verdict is made,” she had tweeted before the verdict was read, CBS news reported.

On Dr Murray’s guilt, Yvette Nicole Brown tweeted that she ‘knew this two years ago’.

“The karma kat got Conrad Murray...guilty! Greed is never worth a person’s life,” said Millionaire Matchmaker star Patti Stanger.
