New Delhi: Sunny Deol, who will be seen in ‘Singh Saab the Great’, is upset with the ways of the producer of ‘Bhaiyyaji Superhit’ for non-payment of dues, reports an online entertainment daily.
Producer Mahendra Dhariwal has been delaying the payment of Deol’s acting money. This has been happening for a long while, and now, the issue seems to have worsened as the actor-producer duo has been fighting tooth and nail over the matter.
The daily reports that a miffed Sunny Deol had refused to dub for the film till the producer cleared all the dues. As a result, the film’s director Neeraj Pathak had to interfere to sort out the matter. Mahendra Dhariwal then went to Tinu Verma, the action director of the film, to seek his advice on the case, and was told in reply to pay Sunny and wrap up the film. Although it is yet to be confirmed whether or not the matter has been sorted, Sunny has said that if the makers don’t clear his dues, the film should get released under his banner, Vijeta films.
