Tom Cruise wants to work with David Beckham

London: Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise says he wants to make a movie with ace soccer player David Beckham.

The `Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol` star is currently on the lookout for an action packed script for Beckham, reported Contactmusic. "I`d love to do action movies with Beckham. He would be great, he could kick ass. David would have to teach me to play soccer first," Cruise said. "David has been linked with Hollywood a number of times but Tom is the only one he`d ever take up, he thinks Tom is a legend," a source close to Cruise added. The 49-year-old, who is currently in London for the premier of his upcoming Mission Impossible film, also said his alter-ego Ethan Hunt is a better spy than James Bond and Jason Bourne. "Of course it`s Ethan. I don`t know what to say, I love Bond and I love Bourne but, Ethan`s different you know? It`s a different experience. We have the gadgets, and you know, I do make the `Mission` films!." PTI
