Uday Chopra to quit acting after `Dhoom 3`

New Delhi: Actor Uday Chopra has revealed that he is set to give up his acting career after `Dhoom 3`.

Ok confession time...Dhoom 3 is my swan song...my last film...no I`m not giving up acting...quite the opposite, acting is giving up on me!" Uday wrote on microblogging site Twitter.

The 38-year-old son of filmmaker Yash Chopra forayed into acting with his home production `Mohabbatein` in 2000 along with Jimmy Shergill and Jugal Hansraj.

Uday was later seen in `Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai`, which also did well at the box office, and has also been a part of successful `Dhoom` franchise. However, his other films failed to set the cash registers ringing at the box-office.
