New Delhi: The BBC documentary based on the December 16, 2012 Delhi gang rape by BAFTA award winning Leslee Udwin that has been banned in India will have its US premiere today.
`Storyville: India's daughter` that brought out the harsh mindsets of men and Indian society towards women in general and towards rape has stunned the entire country and shocked the world.
The documentary has been supported by celebs from Hollywood as well as from Bollywood. Meryl Streep and Frieda Pinto have come forward to support the documentary banned in India. The documentary will be screened at the Baruch College of the City University of New York and will be presented by NGO Vital Voices Global Partnership and children's development organisation Plan International.

The film is based on one of the most barbaric rapes that mankind shall ever remember.
