Mumbai: Bollywood’s living legend Amitabh Bachchan kicked a storm when he recently tweeted a Rajinikanth joke on popular networking site Twitter, thereby angering die-hard Rajini fans on World Wide Web. Apparently, whenever Amitabh and Rajinikanth meet, they shower mutual praises and speak greatly of each other. However, a recent casual tweet from Big B on Rajinikanth caught the Bollywood megastar off-gaurd. “Someone sent me this on mobile -- When Graham Bell discovered the telephone, he found two missed calls from Rajinikanth!! Brilliant," tweeted Amitabh Bachchan. Following the tweet, irate Rajini fans were quick to seek an explanation from Big B. “Sir,sorry to say this...we have a great respct and you .....didn`t expect such a comedy (criticising Rajini)....realy hurting. Sir, do you find it funny when people make fun of a great man who has demi god status in South India”, tweeted one of the fans. To which, Big B responded by tweeting, “Never criticising Rajni ... it`s actually praising him .. his greatness and his power .. love not making fun of him ...praising his status and his greatness ..he is noble successful humble person, and revered like a God.”
