When Sonam Kapoor suffered wardrobe malfunction

New Delhi: Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam Kapoor seems to have joined the long list of celebrities who were the victims of wardrobe malfunction. The 28-year-old actress had reportedly missed the `Bhaag Milkha Bhaag` press conference, all thanks to her dress which ripped off at the last moment.
According to a tabloid, Kapoor, who is known for her impeccable style of dressing, was all ready to flaunt her beautiful peach coloured gown for the press conference held in Chandigarh, but at the last moment the attire ditched her. In a jiffy, she rushed back to her hotel room and changed into a pair of salwar kameez to save herself from the embarrassment.
As a result, the actress missed out on most of the press conference and could only turn up when the event was half-way.
“The press conference had to start with Sonam. Post the event, she went for the special screening arranged by Milkha for his friends and family,” a witness said.
The conference was followed by other two events, but Sonam Kapoor- along with Milkha Singh and Farhan Akhtar- was seen in the same attire at all the three events during the day.
To Sonam’s dismay, when the rest of the team hurried to change their attires for a screening arranged by the makers for the Defence Forces posted in the city, she was firm to flaunt the same salwar kameez for the evening.
“Most Bollywood stars take great pains in looking their best at all public events. Sonam travelled to Chandigarh with two suitcases full of clothes. Perhaps, her earlier mishap put her off changing her clothes again,” a source from Chandigarh said.
