Honey Singh says he is thankful to his doctors for recovery!

New Delhi: Bollywood rap king Yo Yo Honey Singh battled bipolar disease for a long time. And that was the time he took a hiatus from Bollywood. The singer opened up about the experience earlier this year and shocked his fans.

The talented singer who took rapping and pop music to a new level in Bollywood and introduced fresh style of music, faced a tumultuous phase in his life and relapsed into a dull zone which lasted for 18 months – putting his shining career on hold.

The singer related to the experience as a 'scary' one. Singh stopped talking to people outside family and became alcoholic.

Opening up about the whole period, Singh said that he is obliged to doctors for helping him recover.

According to a report in DNA, Singh has thanked his doctors for the care and treatment. Reportedly, Singh also spent the recovery time writing poems which he plans to use for his career soon.
