New Delhi: Rap king Yo Yo Honey Singh is the latest celebrity to fall prey to a death hoax on the social media platform. The `Lungi Dance` hit maker`s fans certainly missed a beat after a rumour about his death sent micro-blogging site Twitter into a frenzy on Monday. A tweet from the rapper`s team confirmed that he is fine and the reports about his death were just rumours!The tweet said: “News of YoYo`s accident is a fake rumour must be spread by some haters. Please don`t bother and Keep blessing YoYo”

Rumours of Honey Singh`s death were accompanied by a picture of the rapper lying on a hospital bed in a critical condition. However, the picture was reportedly a grab from the video of one of his songs `Bring Me Back`. Earlier, celebs like Asha Parekh, Lata Mangeshkar, Ayushmann Khurranna, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan have also become victims of such death rumours.
