Washington: John Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono has credited her youthful looks to her busy schedule.
According to TheMortonReport.com, Ono, 78, admitted that she struggles to stick to healthy eating programmes and workout regimes, so being on her feet helps her to stay fit and healthy.
“I don’t do anything particularly. I exercise sometimes, thinking that I should. I go on a diet sometimes, thinking that I should. But I soon get tired of it,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
“I truly believe that the reason I am not old and shrivelled up is because I don’t have time to sit on my laurels and nod off,” she added.
