London: Actress Elizabeth Hurley is struggling to work in her Jimmy Choo shoes on the set of `Gossip Girl`.

The 46-year-old British actress, who has a role in the forthcoming series of the New York-set comedy drama series, has been wearing high heeled shoes while filming her part, and she is not dealing too well with the consequences, reported Contactmusic.
