London: Actress Elizabeth Hurley is struggling to work in her Jimmy Choo shoes on the set of `Gossip Girl`.
The 46-year-old British actress, who has a role in the forthcoming series of the New York-set comedy drama series, has been wearing high heeled shoes while filming her part, and she is not dealing too well with the consequences, reported Contactmusic.
"On set, with two hours off. Settling down for a snooze in trailer wearing Uggs & fleece-air conditioning lethal. Sucking strepsils. Glam life.
"Have been shooting big party scene in GG. My Jimmy Choos at least 6 inches. Longing for foot massage," she tweeted.
The star, who is playing "sexy media mogul" Diana Payne in the show, has been passing the time by enjoying treats.
"Still on set. Tired now. Just guzzled newly baked choc chip cookies. Yum," Hurley wrote on Twitter.
`Gossip Girl` executive producers Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran have revealed Diana`s entry into the show will be a big shake up for the characters.
"Diana is a sexy, smart, self-made media mogul and all-around force to be reckoned with.
"Diana`s entrance on the Upper East Side will change the lives of all our characters - including, and especially Gossip Girl herself," they said.
