New Delhi: Sizziling the ramp in a leopard print, a Surily goel creation, you would think she is so brand conscious! But this Bulbul of Bollywood (‘Badmash Company’ fame) is just the opposite in reality. Actor Anushka Sharma loves to pick up her stuff from the streets. “ It is so exciting that you have found something from the heaps of clothes on sale in the flee markets,” Anushka chirrups. Revealing her shopping secrets, Anushka adds “ When I was in college…I used to stop at Delhi and go shopping in Sarojini Nagar…something I would like to do even today.. Even when I am out of India, I stop at flea markets and shop from there. I don’t care about brands.” After delivering hits like ‘Rab ne Bana Di Jodi’ and ‘Badmash Company’, the actor is going places. Her forthcoming films include ‘Patiala House’ with Akshay Kumar. Meanwhile her charm and style sparkled at Blenders Pride Fashion Tour where Anushka walked for ace designer Surily Goel. Surily’s collection was leopard prints all the way with the drapes making it all the more sensuous. With faces like Suzanne Roshan ( who flew down from Mumbai) and Priya Chatwal occupying the front row seats, the show was a glam evening with huge success.
