Emma Stone returns to blonde roots

Emma Stone has returned to her natural golden hair colour.

London: Actress Emma Stone, who shot to fame playing feisty redheads in films like `Zombieland` and `Easy A`, has returned to her natural golden hair colour for the new Spider-Man film.
The 22-year-old starlet is slated to play Gwen Stacy, replacing Kirsten Dunst as Spider-Man`s love interest in the fourth movie in the franchise. Unlike Dunst, who dyed her hair red for the role, Stone gets to keep her golden tresses and showed them off at a Trevor Project charity benefit on Saturday night in Los Angeles, Daily Mail reported. "My natural hair is blonde, so it`s kind of nice. I looked in the mirror and said, `Oh my god, it`s me again! It`s been so long!`," said Stone, looking very fashion forward in an unusual gold and grey mini dress paired with some dark green patent pumps. British actor Andrew Garfield will be replacing Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man in the new film and according to new director Marc Webb, the spark between Stone and Garfield was immediately obvious. "The chemistry between Andrew and Emma was stunning and made Emma the clear choice. At the heart of the story of Peter Parker is not only the amazing Spider-Man, but also an ordinary teenager who is wondering what he has to do to get the girl," Webb said. PTI
