New Delhi: Gaurav Gupta`s `enchanting forest` collection, attended by Bollywood actors Jacqueline Fernandez and Shraddha Kapoor, was the highlight of the concluding day of Delhi Couture week today.
Fernandez was speculated to walk the ramp for the designer but thought otherwise saying the focus should be on the collection.
"I strongly feel that there should be a separate show for Bollywood people. If we walk on the ramp, the whole focus shifts on to us rather than the collection," said the former Sri Lankan beauty, who wore a grey saree designed by Gupta.
There were lot of props used in the collection such as horns and skeletons. Models were even spotted in a typical eye make-up with spooky music played at the backdrop.
"I don`t like Bollywood walking the ramp because the entire hard work goes waste. Like Jacqueline said, we should do a separate show for the Bollywood stars," Gupta said post show.
The collection had Chiffon sarees and gowns in a subtle colour palette.
