Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is building a house worth a whopping USD 20 million.

London: Top earning supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her footballer husband Tom Brady are building a house worth a whopping USD 20 million in the neighbourhood of action star-turned-California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback, 32 and his supermodel wife, 29, are building a huge California dream home from scratch, with everything from a wine cellar to a weight room thrown in. The 22,000-square-foot house covers 4 acres and also has a six-car garage and a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with spa, reported Daily Mail online. With eight bedrooms there will also be plenty of space for the model`s Brazilian family to visit the couple`s six month-old son Benjamin. Brady also chose the location to be close to his son with actress Bridget Moynahan, two year-old John Edward Thomas. Buying the plot of land in 2008 for more than USD 11 million, the couple have been able to create their dream home from the ground up. The total cost of creating this Mediterranean-style paradise will top USD 20 million. But money clearly isn`t a problem for the pair. Brady is in the last season of a six-year, USD 60 million contract, and Bundchen raked in a cool USD 25 million last year with her modelling assignments. PTI
