Gwen Stefani to release nail polish range
Los Angeles: `No Doubt` frontwoman Gwen Stefani has created a nail polishe range inspired by her own signature rocker style.
After setting up her own clothing line LAMB in 2003, the 43-year-old singer has turned her hand to cosmetics to create seven limited-edition nail varnishes for OPI, reported Entertainment Weekly.
"Known for her trademark red lips, bold eye makeup and nail art, Gwen uses beauty to accessorize her style. OPI wanted to create a collection as dramatic, diverse and glamorous as its namesake," Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI`s Executive VP and Artistic Director, said in a statement.
The funky shades have names inspired by some of Gwen`s most famous tracks, include `Over & Over A-Gwen`, `Hey Baby`, `In True Stefani Fashion`, `4 in the Morning` and `Love Angel Music Baby`.
The mother-of-two`s signature shade of red will only be sold as part of a special set that includes nail art decorations from Swarovski Elements.
The new line is expected to hit major US retailers in January 2014.
