London: `Sex and the City` star Sarah Jessica Parker says she is not as fashionable as people believe now that she is spending more time at home with her children.
The 48-year-old fashion icon, who became famous for her Carrie Bradshaw avatar, is happy raising children James Wilkie, 9, and twins Tabitha and Loretta, 4, reported Daily Express.
"I never dress up that much. These days, I`m lucky if I go out to a friend`s house. Most of my day is spent as a mother, which requires an entirely different wardrobe. Although I appreciate beautiful clothes, I`m not into fashion as people expect me to be," Parker said.
The petite star says she stays fit by running around her children.
"I don`t think I`m in that great shape these days. I have to work out a lot harder. The body just doesn`t snap back in the way it used to when I was in my twenties," she said.
