Kate Hudson`s mum refused to buy her designer clothes

London: Kate Hudson has revealed that her mother did not buy her fancy clothes while she was growing up.

The 34-year-old actress told the Daily Express that she was often left disappointed that her actress mum Goldie Hawn refused to buy her designer outfits. Meanwhile, Hawn, 67, confessed to the publication that their family did not buy a lot of clothes and that going to shop was nothing less than a treat. She said that this helped the `Bride Wars` star to become very creative. Hawn added that Hudson was always her own stylist and used to make her own clothes, and she gradually created a style of her own. ANI
